We really enjoyed our stay, especially the full-size kitchen in our suite which made things super convenient. The clean pool area was a great spot for relaxing. The indoor swimming pool and cozy garden area were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only minor thing was that the pool can get a bit noisy with lots of people, but it didn’t spoil our fun! 😄

We had a fantastic stay! The large TV and comfy bed made our nights restful, and I loved the well-equipped gym—definitely better than most hotel gyms! The breakfast was also surprisingly good, with a nice variety.

hyatt house was a pleasant surprise! our studio suite was beautifully decorated and very clean. it had a spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a full kitchenette. being close to the osu campus was a huge plus, and the included breakfast was definitely a standout for us.

Check-in was a bit frustrating. The staff felt distant and distracted while chatting amongst themselves. I waited longer than I expected. Once in my room, I loved the spaciousness and the full kitchenette. It made my stay so much easier. Even though the room was comfortable, the carpets outside were quite dirty, which was disappointing. The breakfast options were decent, but they ran out of dishes during peak hours. I'd recommend arriving early for a better selection. Overall, I felt taken care of despite the initial hiccups. The location near the concert venue was a huge plus for me.
